Under this new policy, please take note of the following important points:
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. We kindly request that you settle all outstanding balances within this timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.
For any invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days from the invoice date, a late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance will be added to the invoice amount. This fee will be automatically applied to your account.
In the event that an invoice remains unpaid for 60 days from the invoice date, an additional late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be added to the invoice amount. We sincerely hope that it will not be necessary to impose this additional fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally lead to delayed payments. If you anticipate any difficulty in meeting the payment deadline, we strongly encourage you to contact our accounts receivable department at accounting@ronkoscreenprintingequipment.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable solution to ensure prompt payment and avoid any late fees.
Please be aware that these late fees are necessary to cover the administrative costs and financial impact associated with overdue payments. We believe that this policy will help us maintain a fair and transparent relationship with all our customers.
